UPDATE: Nov 14th, 2009

XDD OKAY OMG, @__@. I don't even know where to start. XD Lastnight [the night before last] I read 5 volumes of NANA in one sitting. I couldn't believe it. I looked at the clock and it was about 3AM and I should have gone to bed but NANA is like soooo amazing I had to keep reading. -has an attack- *o*. ... okay back... anyway, I have known about NANA for quiet sometime now. I didn't actually start reading the manga or watched the anime even though I reaaaally wanted to. So out of boredom and needed something new to read, I started NANA.

Nana O. is, I don't know, I can't really describe it, but I've liked her [character?] for as long as I found out about it. Though, from what I have seen of her and the pictures/avatars, she is different from what I thought she would be like. Though I'm not saying that's a bad thing, I still like her.

I want to sooo badly watch the anime right now but it is like NOT EVEN ON THE NET YET! And I'm talking about the dub, and yes there is a dub out. XDD Soooo! I'm stuck with the manga for now. -pouts- So yah, my next cosplay is going to be Nana O. And I just now found the outfit I am cosplaying. Its from vol. 7 Chap. 21.

I'm going to have a hard time getting the wig... or anything really off of the net. So yah, for now, I think I'll just looking around the wig stores around where I live to see if I can find one I can work with.

So yah, thats about it. XD I had to get this off of my chest otherwise I would have exploded! XP I shall now go back to reading NANA~

UPDATE: Nov 6th, 2009

Okay, since this years cons came and went I thought I'd get a schedule for next year. AND I WILL START KEELING COMPUTERS MUCHO TO GO. Rawr~ >__>.; Ahem.. so yah, there is only a few I can actually go to since I do not drive. And I only know a hand full of people where I live and they dun drive as well. So it pretty much sucks.


GATHERINGS:

December '09: Um.. no name that I know of, but it's a gathering hosted by Sheik [myspace]. She doesn't have all the details yet, but so far it looks to be held in Fresno, cause the majority of the people going to it will be from Fresno. There was talk of a Christmas theme but with it coming up it may to short noticed, so she opted for CHRISTMAS HATS! XD Easy enough. Go here for her blog on it: [link]

Feb? 2010:

We are having another gathering.. the date and month may change since we haven't actually gone over anything yet. It will be different and better than our last one, so I'll update when I have an update. XD

Hrm, cosplay.com is the place I usally look for gatherings and what not. I haven't check there yet so there could more in my area. Also, if you are looking for a gathering in your area, GOOGLE. U_U. That is how I found out about Sheik's gathering. It was random. XD Oh but so very lucky!~ <33

I want to go to Anime Conji in San Diego, but I looked up the map to it and it's a SIX HOUR FREAKING DRIVE. orz So I'm pretty sure I won't be going. Cause you know, if that was case I would have gone to Y-Con, which is only a 4 hour drive.

I'll try to work in Anime Expo. -crosses fingers- This one is in July so I'd love to stay for the weekend. So maybe if I save my money that could be a possibility. Or, rather, anyone up to splitting a room? That would be cheaper and it's always good to start preparing for a con early. Well for me, I have no life and I'm good at planning things.

So yah, that's all the cons I can remember for my area so I'll just update when the next year is here.

If anyone knows about cons or gatherings close by please let me know~ XDD

So yah, this is regarding my last journal entry, and I made a new one because the last one had bit much going on in it. XDD

Anyway, I wasn't able to go to the Halloween event held by Ani-Jam due to some family issues popping up the night before. -___- So no pictures and ~luvsgod2 wasn't able to come over either so no Mio pics as well.

But anyway, Halloween wasn't a total bust. One of my friends came over and went trick or treating with us and by us I mean me and my family. -shakes head- I just hope he didn't have a bad time cause it seems like when we meet my family is always around. orz

Another thing, Halloween KILLS ME! My legs are hella sore! My feet were killing me last night but when I woke up they didn't hurt anymore, which I'm glad. Now if only my legs would stop. Last year was worst though. I made my ninja sandals to tight and after an hour of walking my feet started going numb. [I was YukiHime, my Naruto OC] They hurt for like 2 days after, so I'm glad that my feet didn't get that way this year.

I was going to be Mio Akiyama, but since Cassie didn't come I ended up going as someone else. And you know, I find this weird, I went as SnJ L.. Oh yes, I turned L into a girl XDD Oh but, yah, I just found out that apparently, L was born on Halloween! So I guess it was fitting. I was going to get pictures before I left, but things were happening so fast that my family was waiting for me outside that I didn't have a chance. Tsk tsk. But its all good, I'll get pictures eventually.

OH! Speaking of pictures, I got some of this FREAKING HUGE ASS SPIDER! OH GAWD. orz It was like outside hanging between my house and the front tree. @o@. My sister used like a half a can of bug spray. THAT THING WAS NOT DYING! It climbed up to the roof and a second after it reached it it fell to ground. I got some awesome pictures of it before that happened though, so I'll post like one or two. I'll give anyone a cookie if you can tell me what kind of spider it was. XDD

.... wow, I didn't mean to type this much... O.O. So I won't be mad if you quit reading.

XD I made some Strawberry Pocky Cupcakes. >u<. They look awesome, still haven't tried them yet though. L wouldn't hesitate to eat them. XDD OOOH! Maybe I'll some pics of me as SnJ and them. Oh, yah... I went on a strawberry thing... Got strawberry pocky, drinking strawberry drinks and eating everything strawberry. @x@ Though I still say that chocolate pocky is best.

-sigh- That's all for now. My mom won't leave me alone about sweeping the freaking kitchen. -____-.
